PTX Technologies further expands its executive leadership team by appointing Clare Tattersall as Chief Financial Officer to support global expansion efforts.
PTX Technologies, a leading innovation consultancy for digital infrastructure, today announces the appointment of Clare Tattersall as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective 1st September 2023.
Clare is an established finance leader within the digital infrastructure industry and previously held several senior leadership positions in global companies such as SimpliSafe, IX Reach and Console Connect.
In her new role as CFO, Clare will be responsible for all global financial, legal and operational efforts across the business, leveraging over a decade of experience in financial planning and accounting, capital raising, merger and acquisitions and business integrations.

Clare Tattersall’s appointment is part of a broader business investment plan to increase PTX’s overall global headcount to 10 across leadership, consultants and in-house expertise by the end of 2023. She joins seasoned cloud and managed services executive Neil Lathwood, who joined the business as CTO in February.
