PTX Technologies focuses on its global growth journey by expanding its executive leadership team with Louis Richards as Chief Commercial Officer to drive commercial and client efforts.
PTX Technologies, a leading innovation consultancy for digital infrastructure, today announces the appointment of Louis Richards as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), effective 1st November 2023.
Louis is a seasoned commercial leader who joins the PTX executive team from Console Connect / PCCW Global, where he was previously globally responsible for partnerships and alliances within the business. He brings over a decade of commercial leadership experience with service providers and enterprises across digital infrastructure.
In his new role as CCO, he will be responsible for all global commercial, marketing and partnership efforts as PTX continues to expand its consultancy services into new markets. He will also spearhead the development of PTX’s Innovation Network of unique partners, innovative startups and expert talent.

Louis’ appointment comes after a highly successful first year for PTX, attracting multiple clients and partnerships across EMEA, Asia Pacific and North America with its unique Innovation Lifecycle and Innovation Network approach, delivering growth for clients through strategic innovation consultancy.

PTX continues to complete its investment plan announced earlier in the year to expand its headcount to 10 across leadership, industry consultants and in-house expertise by the end of 2023. Louis joins Clare Tattersall, PTX CFO and Neil Lathwood, PTX CTO, who both also joined the executive team over the past year.
Louis will be based out of the London office in the United Kingdom.
